Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan with a little oil. Roll out the dough and spread the bacon on top (pay attention to the length of the fillet ). Place the fillet on the bacon and roll it up in the batter.
If you have too much dough, you can cut it off and use it as a decoration. Finally, brush the dough with the egg yolk. The fillet is put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
I serve it with a mushroom cream sauce (in my recipes).
