- Wash the minute steaks and pat dry. Wash the lime, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, shake dry and finely chop.
- Make a marinade from olive oil, lime zest, lime juice and half of the Ras el Hanout and the chopped mint. Soak the steaks in it for at least an hour.
- Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy and mix with the rest of the ras el hanout and the chopped mint. Set aside and let it steep.
- Heat some of the marinade in a pan, the pan is hot, add the steaks and then pour the remaining marinade over them and simmer over medium heat.
- Serve on plates and add a tablespoon of the yogurt dip to each steak. Decorate with a little mint.
- Couscous goes well with it in any variation or just a piece of flat bread.
