- Wrap the pork medallions in the bacon slices and secure with a toothpick.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Fry the finely chopped onions and the crushed garlic in it. Add the pork medallions and fry briefly on all sides.
- Remove, add the peeled and diced apples to the pan. Add the honey, stir regularly. Now add the cream, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
- Put the medallions in the sauce and simmer everything together for about 20 minutes.
- Potatoes and red cabbage go well with it.
