Instructions

  1. Wrap the pork medallions in the bacon slices and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Fry the finely chopped onions and the crushed garlic in it. Add the pork medallions and fry briefly on all sides.
  3. Remove, add the peeled and diced apples to the pan. Add the honey, stir regularly. Now add the cream, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
  4. Put the medallions in the sauce and simmer everything together for about 20 minutes.
  5. Potatoes and red cabbage go well with it.
