Fillet the pork tenderloin, cut into medallions, wrap with bacon and stick it in the meat with toothpicks or small metal skewers. Then lightly salt the meat and pepper it vigorously. Sear the fillets in the pan and let them cook in the oven for approx. 5 - 8 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the mushroom sauce: Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the onion and garlic. Press the garlic through the press, finely dice the onion. Sweat the onion cubes until they are translucent, then add the garlic and sweat it. Add the mushrooms and cook with them. Next add the cream. Season the sauce with curry, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper.
Now put on the pasta water, add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet. By then, the medallions should be cooked to the point so that everything can be served together.
