Instructions

  1. The meat is cut into slices as thick as a thumb and seared. Then it is placed on two cross-shaped ham slices and topped with a piece of goat cheese. The ends of the ham slices are folded over the cheese and fixed with toothpicks. Then put the whole thing in a baking dish.
  2. Heat the cream and milk and dissolve the processed cheese in them. Stir herbs (I used chives and oregano, mainly for the look) and spices into the sauce and pour over the ham packages. Put the whole thing in the oven for half an hour at 150 degrees.
  3. Boiled potatoes and buttered vegetables go well with it.
  4. Little hint:
  5. It doesn`t look like much, but the impression is deceptive. Two ham rolls per person were enough to get everyone well fed. A dash of teriyaki sauce goes well with the sauce, but don`t overdo it.
