Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and put them in water to prevent them from browning. Rinse the pork neck steaks and pat dry. Clean the broccoli. Fill 2 steam pots 2.5 - 3 cm high with water and bring to a boil. Line one steamer with the broccoli, the other with the potatoes. Steam potatoes for 20 to 30 minutes, broccoli for 10 to 15 minutes.
In the meantime, beat the steaks, season with salt and pepper and bread them. To do this, first turn the steaks in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan with fat and fry the steaks until golden brown on both sides. At the same time, heat the hollandaise sauce. Arrange the steaks with the broccoli, potatoes and the hollandaise sauce and serve.
