Peel, clean and dice the pineapple. Peel and dice the onions. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices. Halve the peppers lengthways, core and cut into slices. Lightly mortar the coriander seeds
Sear the steaks in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
Caramelize the brown sugar in the pan, add onions, garlic and coriander, fry briefly. Add the pepperoni and pineapple pieces, deglaze with a little orange juice.
Place the steaks on top. Put everything in the preheated oven (180 °) and cook for 10-15 minutes.
