Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan or a large saucepan. Brown the meat and onion in it. Then sprinkle the flour over it and stir. Pour in the broth and cream. Add the mushrooms and cover with the pork and cook over a moderate heat for about 10-15 minutes - add more liquid if necessary. Finally, season with salt, pepper and parsley and season to taste.
