Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce in a baking dish. Cream, egg yolk, salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and half of the brie (diced). Mix everything well and then add the gnocchi. They should all be in the sauce, but don`t have to be completely covered. Add a little more milk if it`s not enough. Put the baking dish in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes. The brie should slowly dissolve in the cream, then it`s good. Meanwhile, cut the pork tenderloin into medallions and fry in a pan (without oil). Then take the baking dish out of the oven and stir the contents again. Add the medallions and the pear halves with the cut side up. Put a dollop of cranberries in each pear. Slice the second half of the sweetbread and spread over it. Put everything together again in the oven for about 10 minutes. Annotation: The recipe is designed for two good eaters. It is quite powerful and can be enough for 3 people depending on the situation.
