Cut the pork fillet into slices, season and fry. Then take it out of the pan. Put the diced onion in the pan and fry. Then stir in mustard, honey and jam. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Thicken with a sauce thickener if necessary. Return the meat to the sauce. Serve hot.
Croquettes, hash browns, french fries or rice go well with this.
Tip: You can also leave out the sauce thickener if you let the sauce boil down a little.
