Wash the grapes, pluck from the stems, cut in half and core. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Salt and pepper the pork tenderloin. Fry in hot oil on all sides for about 12 minutes. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
Sauté the onion and garlic in the frying fat. Add apple juice, crushed green pepper and honey and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the fillet into slices. Add the grape halves and fillet slices to the sauce and then season with salt and pepper.
