Instructions

  1. Press the garlic cloves, finely grate the ginger, mix both with 1-2 tablespoon chili sauce. Cut the meat into thin slices and marinate in them for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Cut the shallots into fine rings and the spring onions into pieces approx. 1 cm long. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  3. Fry the meat including the marinade in hot oil and cook while stirring, then remove from the wok. Then place the onions and shallots in the wok and cook while stirring, gradually adding the peppers and beans and cook until the vegetables are firm to the bite. Add the meat again and season with the remaining chili sauce and salt.
  4. If you like it spicier, you can also season with Sambal Oelek.
  5. Rice tastes good with it, but also pasta or potatoes.
