Instructions

  1. Cook pork tongues with all the ingredients until soft, in a pressure cooker for approx. 30 min.
  2. Slice tongue
  3. Prepare a caper sauce with the stock (in my recipes) and let the tongue slices sit in it for 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes
