Instructions

  1. Clean the white cabbage and cut into fine strips. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips. Clean the spring onions, cut the white and light green into fine rings. Cut the garlic clove into slices. Cut the pork schnitzel into thin slices.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, fry the pork over a high heat for 1 minute while stirring, remove. Add the cabbage and carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the garlic, fry for 30 seconds. Put the soy sauce, sambal oelek and the meat in the wok, season with salt and pepper.
