Bring a cup of almond milk together with the oat flakes and chia seeds to the boil, cook for about 5 minutes and then let rest for a few minutes. If you like the porridge a little thicker, add a few more oatmeal.
Place on a plate and refine with fresh fruit of your choice. Tastes great with strawberries, raspberries, grapes, banana.
