Instructions

  1. Bring a cup of almond milk together with the oat flakes and chia seeds to the boil, cook for about 5 minutes and then let rest for a few minutes. If you like the porridge a little thicker, add a few more oatmeal.
  2. Place on a plate and refine with fresh fruit of your choice. Tastes great with strawberries, raspberries, grapes, banana.
  3. I eat this delicious porridge every day for breakfast, it keeps me full for hours.
