Bring the oat flakes to the boil with the milk in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat while stirring for about 5 minutes.
Then add the blueberries, bring to the boil and simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes while stirring. If the porridge is too firm, add a little milk. Season with a pinch of salt and, if you like, rice syrup.
Arrange in bowls. Spread some cream, physalis, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds on top.
