For the porridge, boil the water for the oat flakes and pour over the oat flakes. Add the lime juice and agave syrup. Stir everything and let rest for at least 10 minutes.
For the carrot sauce, peel the carrots and chop them into small cubes. Add the dates, oat milk, vanilla powder and chia seeds. Mix everything to the desired consistency.
Then divide the porridge into 2 bowls, pour the carrot sauce over it and garnish everything with orange pieces and pomegranate seeds.
