Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the carrots.
  2. Heat the milk and coconut milk in a saucepan. Stir in muesli, carrots, chia seeds and raisins. Bring everything to the boil once and then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Be careful that nothing burns.
  3. Divide the mash into 2 bowls, sprinkle with apple mash, cinnamon and cocoa nibs and enjoy warm.
