Boil the oatmeal, water, and salt in a pan and stir well. If the porridge gets too thick, you can always dilute it with a little milk or water. Remove the pan from the stove and beat the eggs in the pan while the oatmeal is still hot. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes creamy.
Heat the coconut oil in another pan and add the chopped apple and almonds. Season with cinnamon and cardamom and drizzle with honey. Let the mixture fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the apples are soft.
Serve the porridge garnished with the apples and almonds.
