First you fill the milk in a saucepan and put it on the stove. I take level 5 of 6, the milk should boil quickly. Then you add the oatmeal. After about 5 minutes it will boil and you can stir 1 or 2 more times so that it gets a creamy consistency.
Then you take the pot off the stove and stir in the protein powder. If it clumps, add it more slowly next time.
Now put the porridge on a plate and add the apple compote.
You now have a really healthy dish that will keep you full for a long time. It`s not a star menu, but it`s good to eat. Most importantly, it`s very quick and inexpensive.
