Instructions

  1. First you fill the milk in a saucepan and put it on the stove. I take level 5 of 6, the milk should boil quickly. Then you add the oatmeal. After about 5 minutes it will boil and you can stir 1 or 2 more times so that it gets a creamy consistency.
  2. Then you take the pot off the stove and stir in the protein powder. If it clumps, add it more slowly next time.
  3. Now put the porridge on a plate and add the apple compote.
  4. You now have a really healthy dish that will keep you full for a long time. It`s not a star menu, but it`s good to eat. Most importantly, it`s very quick and inexpensive.
