- Peel and wash the carrots with a peeler. Cook in a saucepan with a little salt and oil (to preserve the vitamins) until al dente.
- While the carrots are cooling, chop the garlic cloves very finely and wash the coriander leaves and pick them up a little.
- Cut the cooled carrots into not too narrow slices and mix with the other ingredients.
