Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the sugar, stir with vegetable oil and water to form a smooth dough. Spread on a greased baking sheet (or a large round shape, dia 32 cm) and bake at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes (make a stick test).
After cooling, cut the dough into cubes (approx. 3 x 3 cm). Mix the cocoa with sugar in a small saucepan, stir with 100 ml of water and heat until smooth. When the cocoa mass has melted, add the vegetable margarine and create a smooth chocolate icing while stirring.
Dip each cube in the chocolate icing and then roll in the desiccated coconut until all sides are covered.
This recipe is particularly suitable for Lent, when no animal products are eaten.
I recommend having spare ingredients on hand for the glaze in case the glaze is not enough for all the cubes to be able to make a glaze in between.
