g minced beef or mixed or minced meat

onion (s), cut into rings

bell peppers, cut into strips

glass onion (s) (silver onions)

gherkins, cut into not too small cubes

can tomato (s), chunky

package herbs (8 herb mix, frozen)

cup natural yogurt
salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper
Chilli powder or chilli pepper (s)
Olive oil for frying

Instructions
Fry the minced meat in olive oil, add the peppers and onions, then the remaining ingredients, except for the yogurt. Let everything stew a little and season with the spices.
Finally stir in the yoghurt or add a dollop per plate when serving.
