Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, cook with the skin on, peel and cut into approx. 3 mm thick slices. Finely chop the onion and mix with the potatoes.
  2. For the marinade, mix the mustard with sugar and salt well, add the vinegar and about twice as much water. It is best to empty it over the still warm potato and pour oil over it as desired and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Just before serving, fold in the cleaned and washed lamb`s lettuce.
  4. In Eastern Austria a popular salad with baked fish on Christmas Eve.
