Halve the potatoes and place them in a baking dish with the cut side facing down. Spread the oil, salt and pepper over the potatoes. Cut the broccoli into small florets and place between the potatoes. Pour in the broth and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
After 25 minutes add the tomatoes cut into cubes. After 30 minutes prick the potatoes to see if they are good. If necessary, leave in the oven for a few minutes.
