Divide the broccoli into small florets, also use the stems and stalk. Peel and dice the potatoes. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into smaller cubes.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and stir-fry the onions. Fry the potato cubes for a few minutes and then add the remaining vegetables.
