Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and celery into small cubes. Fill a saucepan with water and the diced vegetables and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. When the vegetables are cooked, drain off the cooking water and use a potato masher to mash the vegetables to a pulp. Add the soy milk and margarine and mash again vigorously.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Delicious vegetables go well with this.
