Instructions

  1. Peel the celery and potatoes.
  2. Cut into pieces of equal size and cook in salted water until soft.
  3. Drain, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Chop up with the potato masher, mix in butter and a little milk.
  5. Tastes delicious with game dishes, goulash, roulades and roast beef.
