Instructions

  1. Do not pre-cook the potatoes too soft.
  2. In a pan, lightly fry the chopped coriander, turmeric and chilli with oil. Add the potatoes and sauté. Add mustard. Add the washed chickpeas and let them get hot. Mix the dish with yogurt and sprinkle with coriander.
  3. Toast or grill the naan and serve with additional yoghurt.
