Just cover the potatoes in a saucepan with water and cook with the peel for about 25 minutes, peel them as hot as possible and press them through the potato press or through a hair sieve into a bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and press through the garlic press to the potatoes. Add the olive oil and the meat stock, salt and lemon juice and mix everything into a smooth paste. If it is too firm, stir in a little more meat stock or oil. Arrange the potato paste on a flat plate, cut the peppers lengthways, rinse, cut into rings and garnish the paste with them.
