Fry the minced meat in oil while dicing the onions and adding them. Fry until the onions are translucent and the minced meat is well done.
Fry the potatoes briefly with the minced meat or add them with the milk.
Stir in the cream cheese and herbal cream cheese and add the milk as soon as it has melted. Season to taste with paprika powder, salt, pepper and vegetable stock. Let the lid cook until the potatoes are through. Stir occasionally.
Be careful with the salt, as the vegetable stock powder also adds a salty note. You can also cut peppers and feta cheese into it, which also tastes delicious.
