Put all the ingredients for the minced meat dough in a bowl and mix together.
Grease an 18 springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the hacking mass on the bottom and edge. The edge should be approx. 2 - 3 cm high and at least 1 cm thick.
Peel the boiled potatoes and press them through a potato press into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
Put 2/3 of the potato mixture in the middle of the pan and smooth it out. Pour the remaining potato mixture into a piping bag and put tuffs on top of the potato mixture.
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes, then cover if necessary and bake for another 10 minutes. That depends on the furnace.
Take the form out of the oven, let it rest for 2 - 3 minutes and then carefully remove the edge of the form. If necessary, loosen the edge of the minced meat with a sharp knife beforehand.
