Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in their skins until soft and peel them.
  2. Leave out the ham and roast it a little, take it out of the pot or pan. Sweat two large onions in the fat, add a little oil or butter if necessary.
  3. Put the strong broth in a large saucepan. Add the potatoes, onions and the milk, bring to the boil briefly and puree everything finely. Add the ham cubes and the sliced wiener sausages. Season with the spices and sprinkle with the chopped spring onions.
