First you boil the potatoes, let them cool down, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Then you peel the eggs, cut them into small pieces and add them to the potatoes. Next, cut the onion and ham into small cubes and add them to the potatoes as well. Drain the pumpkin pieces and add them to the potatoes. Now season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and stir everything. Take the mayonnaise out of the cups and put it in a measuring cup. Now add milk, a little salt, pepper and paprika powder and stir everything until smooth. Finally, pour the mixture over the potato salad and stir well.
Tip: The salad tastes particularly delicious if it has been left to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
