Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach leaves.
  2. Boil, peel and slice potatoes. Place the roof tiles in a baking dish and pour the smoked salmon over it. Mix the thawed spinach leaves with the crushed garlic and spread over the top. Beat the whipped cream with the eggs, add a little salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the casserole.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
