Instructions

  1. Chop the zucchini and peppers and fry them in olive oil. Cut the potatoes into cubes, add them and fry them until crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tofu and onion into cubes.
  3. When the rest of the vegetables are well seared, add them and fry them briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Dice the tomato and finally heat it for a short time.
