Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and apples. Dice the bacon as well.
  2. Leave the bacon in the margarine until translucent, add the potatoes and apples. Sweat briefly and add the broth. Season and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Puree with the hand blender. Heat the whole thing again, add the cream and season to taste.
