Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs. Cut the asparagus into slices. Heat the butter in a pan, add the sugar and the raw asparagus sections and caramelize while stirring constantly. Let the asparagus cool down.
  2. Slice potatoes, cut eggs into small pieces and mix in a bowl with Miracle Whip. Possibly a little warm water with it, if the salad is not smooth enough.
  3. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Peel the apple, cut into small pieces and add to the potato salad with the asparagus and fold in.
  5. Season to taste with pepper, salt and sugar.
