Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them until cooked. Then drain and mix with salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice. Now let the whole thing cool down.
  2. Halve the avocados, peel and cut into wedges, mix with the possibly lukewarm potatoes, sprinkle with the cress and serve.
