Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Also cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon with onions until translucent. Add the potato slices and fry lightly over medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt and a pinch of chili powder. When the potatoes turn brown, add the eggs and cook on one side.
  4. Using a large plate or lid, turn the omelette and cook from the other side.
  5. Serve hot immediately.
