Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
  2. Wash and quarter the potatoes. Place in a baking dish, add salt and olive oil and mix. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes and turn from time to time.
  3. Wash the remaining vegetables and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the onion into wedges and finely chop the garlic. Take the baking dish out of the oven, mix the vegetables, onions and garlic into the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 175 degrees convection.
