Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat. Peel and dice the potatoes and fry them for a few minutes. Add the beans and 300 ml of water and season with the stock.
  2. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then season with tomato paste and ajvar. Thicken with starch or sauce thickener if necessary.
