Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until cooked.
  2. Peel the onions, chop them finely and fry them in a large pan in a little oil. Add the bacon and fry with it. Put half of it in a small saucepan, top up with cream and a little milk and simmer a little over a low flame as a sauce.
  3. Add the minced meat to the pan with the rest of the bacon and onion mixture, fry until crispy and season with salt and pepper. Then place in a baking dish, layer the beans on top, then place the potatoes on top. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the casserole.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over it and bake the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese has melted and is slightly brown.
