Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes to make small strips. Wash these strips under running water so that starch comes out and is washed off.
  2. Then season the potato strips as you like, we always season with salt, pepper and paprika. Then add the grated cheese. (We use Gouda, young, low in fat. But any cheese that can be gratinated will do.)
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and moisten it with a little oil.
  4. Take the mixture in your hand and use it to simply put blobs on the baking sheet (see photo). Then bake the blobs at approx. 200 degrees for 8-15 minutes with convection.
  5. Unfortunately, the blobs in the picture are a bit greenish, this is due to the strength, as they were not washed out enough. But tastes just as good.
