Ingredients

• 125 g mararine
• 175 grams sugar
• 1 egg (s)
• 3 pinches salt
• 3 splashes lemon (s)
• 250 ml milk
• 200 g potato (s), cooked
• 250 g flour
• 1 packet sauce powder, or custard powder, vanilla
• 1 packet baking powder
• Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

1. Mix the margarine, sugar, egg, salt and lemon until foamy, then add the remaining ingredients and the grated potatoes and stir.
2. Grease the baking pan with a little oil. Cake should bake for about 50 minutes on top and bottom heat, but mine only took 35 minutes, depending on the oven. Please do the wooden stick test after approx. 30 minutes.
3. Finally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
