Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetables, cut into cubes and cook in salted water until soft. Drain the water. Then mash the vegetables with a potato masher. Season with the Asian spice and mix with a little milk and butter. Finally add the crème fraîche and stir in.
  2. Bratwursts or meatballs go very well with this.
