Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into large cubes.
Now add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil to the blender jug. Add the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes. Switch on the machine and set the Soup program. Sweat the vegetables for 10 minutes, pour in the beef broth. Add the cream about 5 minutes before the end.
Heat the sausages, place one at a time in each soup plate and pour the soup over them.
Serve the crème fraîche in a bowl, add a dollop to the soup if necessary. Arrange and serve.
