Instructions

  1. First wash and chop the potatoes, carrots and leeks. Fry everything briefly with a little olive oil and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Cook at medium temperature until the liquid is greatly reduced. Add crème fraîche and season again if necessary. If it is still too runny, stir with the mixed cornstarch and let it boil briefly.
