Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater, season with salt, pepper and a hint of nutmeg. Fry the rösti in hot oil in the pan on the first side until the edges are a little darker than the rösti should be. Then turn and fry the second side until golden brown.
