Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, carrots and zucchini. Briefly fry the carrots and grated potatoes in oil and allow to cool. Then mix in the courgette, parsley and leek. Mix the eggs with salt and pepper and mix in as well.
  2. Place the mixture with a tablespoon in dots on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  3. A crème fraîche dip with herbs, applesauce or a minced steak with dark sauce goes well with it.
